All orders over £40 are free standard delivery to anywhere in the UK.
All orders under £40 are a flat rate fee of £3 for standard delivery to anywhere in the UK.
We aim to dispatch your purchase the next day so please allow 3 -5 business days to arrive.

We are constantly updating and expanding our fragrance choices across all our product options. We have a full fragrance list on our Facebook Business page and if you don't see a scent you'd like in stock on our website then please feel free to contact and make a request. We will do our very best to accommodate where possible.
We can also personalise our Wax Melt gift boxes, again by request. Examples of which can also be found on our Facebook page.

Free collection is available to anyone local and able to collect. Please select 'free collection' upon Checkout.

All of our products are non refundable unless due to unfortune circumstances become lost or damaged in transit. In such cases then a replacement or refund will be issued in the first instance.
